Terms of Service

Last updated September 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Harbor VPN app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Harbor Labs, Inc. ("Harbor," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use Harbor. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Harbor is a tool for privacy, not a shield for harm. You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that clearly violate these terms, particularly where required by law or necessary to protect others.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future billing cycles with advance notice.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel any time from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. New subscribers who cancel within 7 days of their first payment are eligible for a full refund; contact support to request one.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Harbor fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Server locations, speeds, and features may change as we improve the network.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. A VPN reduces certain kinds of tracking and interception; it does not make you anonymous or untraceable in every circumstance. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Harbor Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Harbor Labs, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email before the new Terms take effect.
